President & CEO
Steve Sigg began his career with IBM in 1970; after serving in the US Army as an infantry officer. Steve held multiple roles during his career at IBM, including sales, marketing, product development and management. His last assignment was IBM Branch Manager - New Business Growth in Washington, DC.
In 1994, Steve took early retirement from IBM and started his own consulting and application development firm in Lexington, Kentucky. The following year, he merged his firm with Software Information Systems, Inc. In 1998, Steve began acquiring stock from the original owners and eventually bought them out. Under Steve’s leadership, SIS has become a nationally recognized company, received numerous business awards and consistently earned Best Place to Work Kentucky trophies.
Steve, a native of Kansas, received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Steve serves on the IBM North America Solution Provider Advisory Board, the Shriners Hospital Corporate Council and is a member of the Bluegrass Workforce Innovation Board. In his spare time he truly enjoys spending time with his eight grandchildren and playing golf on the weekends with friends.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined SIS as CFO in May of 2000. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing strategy development, performance metrics, capital structure and the appropriate financial disciplines necessary to help the company manage growth and exceed its goals.
Chris’ career began in public accounting with Radwan, Brown and Company in Lexington, KY. While there, Chris focused on corporate and individual tax clients, as well as private company equity valuations.
EVP - Central Regional Sales and Practice Leadership
Chris is a member of our Executive Leadership team having held various leadership roles since 2000 ranging from EVP of Sales to regional sales leadership and product development roles. He currently has sales oversight for the SIS Central Region and leadership for our Emerging Solutions, IBM Software Solutions and Managed Maintenance Practices. Chris’ passion is partnering with our customers to assemble creative Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud optimized outcomes.
Chris has enjoyed 30 years of marriage being blessed with three daughters. Prior to joining SIS Chris held positions as an Account Representative and a Team Lead at Arrow Electronics. Chris graduated from Franklin College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in English Studies.
Executive Vice President of Sales
Patrick Sigg is Executive Vice President of Sales, providing overall sales leadership for the company with a focus on Client Engagement and Outcome Based Solution Selling. In addition, Pat manages the Southern and Northern Region Client Executives and the overall marketing strategy for SIS. Over the last 14 years at SIS, Pat has served various roles including Regional Vice President of Sales, Client Executive and Inside Sales Rep.
Pat started his career in construction project management for the Indiana Department of Transportation after graduating from the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Quickly in Pat’s career, he discovered a passion for sales, customer service and marketing. This has been one of the driving forces behind delivering exceptional outcomes for SIS customers.
When not traveling for work or pleasure, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exercising and trying to keep the golf ball in the fairway.
Chief Technology Officer
Greg joined SIS in 2015 as a Cloud Solutions Architect and now serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Greg’s responsibilities include overall organizational technical oversight, defining strategic technical vision, growth opportunities and thought leadership regarding market direction for both SIS and our clients.
Greg has more than 20 years of extensive, hands-on experience delivering complex IT solutions spanning industries including process control, scientific research, education, financial services and transportation management. Prior to joining SIS Greg held various technical leadership positions at Westinghouse, John Hancock, JP Morgan and Data Cave. He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Executive Vice President - Data Center Solutions
Dean Auger is a member of the Executive Leadership team as the EVP of Data Center Solutions. Dean started his IT career in the 90s for a financial institution focused on open system architecture throughout the United States. After a decade of service, Dean left his role as a Senior IT manager and joined the channel. Dean’s been in the channel nearly 15 years holding many technical and technical leadership positions. While in the channel, Dean has written white papers, served as a guest writer for publications, and appeared as a guest speaker at conventions.
Currently, Dean has operational oversight of SIS’s Cloud and Managed Services, Security, and traditional on-premise technical activities. Dean and his team help client’s transition, secure, and realize the benefits of a federated topology spanning on-premise, private, and public cloud.
Vice President - Emerging Solutions & Services
Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and consulting. He has held numerous leadership positions in software and services organizations including IBM and some of its premier partners. He is a well-known thought leader in Advanced Analytics and the Internet of Things, guest lecturing at major Universities and industry events. In this position, Rob is responsible for SIS’ differentiated value in emerging technologies including Advanced Analytics, the Internet of Things, Fog and Edge computing and other emerging categories
