Evaluate requirements, define appropriate application architecture and technology, engineer technical designs, provide estimates, and work with software development teams
Provide technical expertise in the areas of systems, applications and database design, development and implementation for projects utilizing .NET technologies
Translate client business requirements into an application logical design that meets the client's requirements and conforms to the current application architecture and technical standards
Evaluate existing legacy system, define appropriate application architecture and technology, engineer technical designs, and provide estimates for reengineering these applications.

Conduct walkthroughs of all completed specifications to ensure the design is complete and follows the corporate development standards.
Train user groups and staff on the use of the framework components
Attend and facilitate peer reviews and high-level design reviews with software developers, and/or development management.
